"My husband bought me 2 necklaces for Christmas from the Wellington Mall Pandora store. He spent over $300 on them. One was a heart with a flimsy chain that cost $95. When I tried putting it on the clasp literally broke in my hand. I go to return it for a new one with my receipt and the store manager Claire refused to give me another one. I never had an issue like this in any Pandora store as I am a frequent shopper. So I then called the corporate office to complain and they immediately gave me a refund and was very surprised that this store manager would not replace it especially with my receipt and the necklace still under warranty. I went through so much trouble for a chinsy necklace only to be refunded anyways. Buyers BE AWARE GO TO ANOTHER PANDORA STORE! It's not worth the trouble God forbid you have an issue. The store manager does not care to help."

Eliah helped me during my first visit. She was so kind and patient with me even though I came in less than an hour before closing time. Monica helped me during my second visit and went above and beyond to customize my bracelet several different ways to see what I liked best. She is so talented, truly puts love into everything she does, and does whatever it takes to make her customers smile.
