"Worst customer service that I have experienced. I came to this bank to drive a friend so they could open an account, they had an appointment. We got there at 2:55pm and the appointment was set for 3pm. When we got to the window I told the Lady Maria that we had an appointment. She asked as to sit down that she would send someone our way. After 15 min of waiting I noticed that they were taking care of everyone else but us. After around 3:30pm a lady came and ask us if we needed help. I explained to her the situation again. She said to wait again. Around 3:45pm another person came and told us that we didn’t have an appointment, that maybe it was for another bank in Kennedy. I proceeded to give them the appointment card and she went to verify again. After waiting over 1 hour, they came and told us that the person that made the appointment wasn’t in today and that nobody was aware of this appointment. That if we wanted any services we needed to wait 10 min until the next representative came back from his lunch. Over all a horrible experience, a total lack of customer service with no sense of urgency to help the customer. The only things they had were excuses."

"I had such a great experience at this Bank of America location. While waiting in line, I was approached to be helped by two different employees which I really appreciated. The second guy, Jonathan Rodriguez, showed optimal customer service. I was waiting on a replacement debit card and was there to get a cash withdrawal to hold me over. Jonathan showed me how to add a temporary digital card to my Apple Wallet WHICH WAS SUPER HELPFUL. I can’t tell you how badly I needed this. He was extremely patient when explaining to me how to get it done and he was very pleasant to talk to. Thank you Jonathan for your help and being the example of TOP NOTCH customer service."
