Their portal for uploading sensitive/personal information was easy to navigate and allowed me to see where we were in the process… not that I looked for status there since Traci called me well ahead of time to update me. If you are looking for someone to help you with your mortgage or refinance needs, call them, you will not regret it. I am already lined up and approved for the home purchase, all I need is the property."
