"moved to the east side of gainesville, and my unit doesnt have laundry. went on yelp and saw this place had some solid reviews. the staff is so kind, big smiles, super knowledgeable about the services. i did drop off laundry so i could run some errands. the laundry was prompt and gave me a text notification. laundry was super clean and packaged nicely, they even give you a bag to use for future visits!"

"Racist employee threaten me with police just for a temp yield to dry my clothes. And used racial slang. But clearly didn’t say anything to the Spanish man who was parked in handicap without legal authorization. I asked him did she tell him to move and threaten him? He replied “no, she said she was not talking to me”. I am embarrassed and outraged of these type of behaviors in this city and don’t appreciate this woman picking her next victim to falsely accuse."

"Nice facilities, well maintained and clean. 5stars but the times I have gone there have been homeless people outside the main entrance, which may put some customers on edge. I was there at 11pm and a lady asked me to walk her to her car because she was nervous. Not the fault of the business, but something to keep in mind if you go after dark. They do have cameras inside and at the entrances, but the parking lot isn’t super well lit."
