The washer dryer set she bought from you had problems within 30 days, and again within 10 months of purchase. We told her not to buy used appliances because you’re just buying someone else’s problem. Your reviews with return customers… if they had good appliances in the first place they would not need to come back, now would they?"

Price wasn’t an issue neither was waiting an extra day for me to return and pick up the freezer I bought. She even got to the store extra early the next day to make sure I could get it picked up. "I’m pretty sure these reviews are FAKE, not sure how this business has been around for 20 years. Purchased a washer that has broken on me 2 times in a matter of a week. Now to give context on my side of story, I live over 50 miles away. I had to request off work twice and borrow a pick up truck to bring the washer and dryer to them .The 1st time the washer broke I had no problem with the option given to me, I had to bring the washer to a different location and they fixed the issue. 2nd problem happened within a week, at this point any reasonable person has lost confidence and probably would want there money back. TO MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR, THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION ON CHASTITY. She was my sales personnel and was absolutely great and professional. Due to their return policy, she referred me to the DM/Manager RAY whom might just be the absolute worst individual I’ve met. Completely was dismissive of my situation offer no real resolution. RAY arrogantly says “can’t due much and there are never any exceptions” with Appliance Mart. Due to his disrespectful stance to my situation I had to settle with a different set. I look forward to speaking with the owner of the company Steve unfortunately, in these days no one in business does good by the customers anymore so I don’t think there will be any real reasonable resolution. Below are some videos of what the washer was doing. Proof that I was not lying, RAY did say I was lying about the washer being defective. Mr. Steve, if you read this, the ball is in your court to do something right."
