"My fiancé got these roses for me for Valentines Day. He was skeptical at first because they were $85 and plain roses, the lady however assured him that these roses would last weeks and become big beautiful blooms… well, 3 days ago, they were beautiful closed long stem roses… yesterday one of the roses broke off, and today 3 more are on their way!! $85 for roses that lasted 3 days!!!! I’m outraged! I highly recommend you find your flowers elsewhere!!"

"I would bet that this is still a good place to use for normal floral needs - but 100% do NOT use them for wedding florals. First attached picture is what I asked for and the second is what I got. Note that this is after removing several bright red and orange roses from the bridesmaid bouquets. You can still see that the color scheme is more purple than requested and has totally different flowers. I had two main issues with the service - one being that the communication was very poor. I was first told I could get what I wanted, then was later told there's no way to confirm what type of flowers would be in the bouquets in advance, she could only get the color scheme that I'd asked for (which didn't end up being true either). By the time I tried to switch vendors everyone else was already booked. Second problem is that I didn't get what I paid for. I specifically said I don't like unnaturally dyed flowers and I do not like classic roses - that's exactly what I got. The arbor flowers and the men's boutonnière ended up having to be totally redone on site because they were completely made up of bright orange and yellow roses. Worth noting is that we did get a $500 credit back to us due to the poor service, however I would advise to save the headache and use a different florist for your wedding."
