"Bought a washer and dryer Sept 2022.. When they were delivered the washer was falling apart and the spin cycle didn’t work. They sent a tech out . Within another day it was back to not working properly. Have to run spin cycle twice. Heating element went up in 4 months. They only offer in store credit if you return it. If you keep it. It only lasts just beyond the 2 month warranty. Called another repair tech in hopes to salvage. The water pump & shocks going on the washer and the heating element & thermostat went on the dryer. Don’t waste your money with this company!!"

"I bought a washer machine from this place October 1 for 250. I got home and the washer didn’t work. The place was closed on Sunday. I called Monday they advised me I could come in and get a new one. I stated Why would I want another washer if u guys never plugged it in even to see if it worked. The outside was clean but I opened it when I got home and the smell was so bad I gagged. Now that I am looking at the comments this has happened to others. I want my money back this isn’t right that people buy something then they get home and it doesn’t work. The washer error code said f21 when googling that means there something stuck in the washer drain. Now u know they definitely didn’t even check. While selling a used washer. That should be the first thing as a used appliance store u should be checking before selling something. I would absolutely never come back here and I advise anyone else not to."
