"I took my Miele canister vacuum into the store today because I thought it was broken. Jonathan took less than 2 mins to determine there was nothing wrong with it and even showed me how to store the hose properly on it. He could've taken advantage of me and charged me for fixing something that wasn't wrong but he didn't and was honest. If you need a vacuum repair take it to Jonathan!!! I drove ALL the way from Daytona Beach -- 80 miles with my sick ORECK "Gold" in tow to be repaired (Daytona repair shops couldn't get it done!) and Jonathan was a breath of fresh air. His product knowledge is phenomenal; he's beyond pleasant and fair! He opened up my vacuum and fixed it within 10minutes. He showed me the faulty parts as he did surgery on the machine and talked me through the entire repair. Jonathan's been there for 18yrs and I can see why. "The hose on my vacuum broke off today so I called Oreck but got a voicemail. I didn’t leave a message as I just decided I would call back. A few minutes later I received a call from an unknown number so I let it go to voicemail. It was from the owner Jonathan who saw my number on the caller id and called me back (which I found to be amazing). I showed up at the shop and he literally fixed it within two minutes and did not charge me. This review is to say Thank you for your professionalism, awesome customer service and generosity.
