"I was given their number by the mobile home company to call in regards to our AC unit. I wish I could remember names. The lady I spoke to took my information and stated the warranty associate would call me within the hour. He called within about 15 minutes. While I did not use them (I had the option to use someone local under our warranty), they were very friendly and customer service oriented. He was up front and honest with me regarding the repairs and our unit. Thank you!"

"After 30 years of dealing with the incompetent inside sales force. Except for one person that is Freddy. He is professional and knows his job. They have just got another new manager which is rude and Ignorant. Called the Main branch of Blevins. Andy was very nice. But never called me back over his manager"s incompetency!! in Jacksonville, Fl. What a shame after all the years.. This company has no respect anymore in my opinion . I have been so patient over the years. Damaged goods and Poor warehouse management as well. The drivers were always friendly. But now like i said the management are redundant and need to research before leaving negative rude comment on my voicemail so sad,"
