"Extremely disappointed ( a longtime customer). Approximately 6 month ago bought a gold bracelet from them. In the last month it fell off her wrist twice. To repair the security clasp was broken and had to be welded. Charge $30 plus tax. A great jewelry business would have repaired it without charging. It is unfortunate that this action by Allen Jewelers has lost us as a customer. WG"

"I walked in with some family pieces that I wanted reconfigured. I think I worked with Nancy. She took her time and worked with me till I knew exactly what I wanted. The process was easy, not rushed. The prices seem reasonable although I have no other experiences to compare to. The pick up process a couple weeks later went smoothly. I am happy with everything. I will likely use them again. Their hours of operation are convenient too."
