"Gift bouquet arrived Friday afternoon dead by Monday. Absolutely worst arrangement I’ve ever received. I’m a retired floral designer so I know fresh compared to old blooms & design rules. This was so lopsided, no symmetry or placement in an ugly glass jar. I have dated photos. This store should not be open. Stay away, go elsewhere!!"

"The first red flag was that the flowers did not reach the recipient until 6pm! However, the disappointment really hit when the recipient sends me a photo of the mediocre bouquet that was delivered. I could have gotten her something more presentable from the grocery store. The flowers were drooping towards the floor and looked nothing like the photo I had chosen. I literally had to apologize to the recipient for how terrible it was. It’s like the flower shop thought I’d never know. The Flower Spot apologized to us and issued a refund. But because they ruined a special occasion, I thought they deserved some public feedback."
