"I visited this location (The Avenues Mall) to exchange a Sweet 16 gift that I purchased online. Upon entering I was immediately greeted and assisted with my order. The store manager, Mike, effortlessly handled my exchange and had an associate, Heather, clean my daughters’ bracelet while discreetly getting her correct size for the exchange. I absolutely loved watching everyone move with ease. As I browsed for an additional item, Lynette helped me pick the perfect piece while assisting with anything else I needed. The ambiance of the store exuded professionalism; the associates, their willingness to assist, their attire EVERYTHING was so impressive.
