"I dropped my bracelet off to have the clasp replaced. Which I paid 75.00. It didn’t even last a week after putting it back on. Pretty certain it was not a new clasp. Service and quality have declined with Tiffany. This will no longer be my go to brand"

"My husband saw a ring online for Christmas and wanted me to try it on before he bought it. I always teased him that I didn't have Tiffany jewelry but we bought several pieces for our daughter. I can't even express how uncomfortable I was made when we entered the store. The sales man approached us and his first comment was ... Flip flops and shorts?? Regarding my apparel. And looked up and down at my husband who was also wearing shorts. I am not sure if he was intentionally trying to offend us so he get back in line for another customer... I am assuming he thought we didn't have money because we didn't dress up for our store visit. The ring wasn't in stock but we looked at a few other pieces. I didn't see anything I really wanted and truthfully I wouldn't want to buy anything from him. We ended up going to Jared where I found 2 beautiful pieces. Our client experience was amazing. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Jacksonville Tiffany's."

"I have been a long time Tiffany customer. I used to have a sales associate at the Jacksonville location who was wonderful, but sadly she left a while ago. Since then, I have not found an associate who I love working with. Also, I no longer feel like a valued customer at either the Jax store or the Orlando. It just seems like the things I used to enjoy about going to Tiffany are no longer present. The associates used to ask if I wanted my jewelry cleaned, or offer a cold beverage, just little things that make a customer feel special, that no longer seem to happen at these stores for me."
