"I purchased a $95 bracelet set. They had magnetic clasps and the first time I wore them, they simply fell off because it wasn't a strong enough clasp. Luckily I saw and found them. Then I wore them again to lunch and I got home and noticed both were missing. I contacted customer service about it and not only did they not take responsibility but they told me it's my fault and there's nothing they can do. I used to be a big fan of their designs but I will never touch them again. It's so unfortunate the way they handle customer service and clearly the quality is not up to any kind of standard. Think again before investing in this jewelry."

"I purchased a $215 necklace online and when I received it the quality was awful, not even worth $20. Charms were placed backwards so they would not lie correctly. Also some of the charms appeared to have been tarnished. I went into the store to ask for a refund, but they refused and said they could only do store credit. I explained that I don’t trust the quality of their jewelry and there’s nothing I would want, but they still refused to refund the purchase. I left feeling very disrespected as the employees were very condescending and did not care to help remedy the situation. I do not recommend buying their jewelry."
