"Hi! My daughter and I went to the Pandora store in international mall today! We were attended by the kindest and most patient representative, her name is Itzamara. We walked out with a freshly polished bracelet and two new charms! She took the time to organize my daughter’s charms and explained that there is a way to balance it out so that you can see the charms correctly… My daughter has had this bracelet for 2 years and never had another rep take the time that Itzamara did. We were so grateful and impressed with her that we decided to write her a 5 star review! She totally deserves it!"

"I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas that came with a bracelet. However, the bracelet was too small for her so I went to the store to change it for a bigger one. After having me wait 45 minutes in a corner they told me they wouldn't do it. I talked to customer service, in which they didn't help either so I had to order another one, which obviously didn't come on time. So I had to give my daughter the bracelet which was to small and explain to her that the bracelet that fit her would come 10 day later. Then, I had to go back to the store and go through a whole process to return it. All of this wouldn’t have happened if they just simply exchanged the bracelet for a bigger one. It ended up being a nightmare. Oh by the way the, Store manager was really mean and she made me feel like I was asking for a big favor, and I was not....MARIVI. Worst customer experience!"
