"I always being a very good customer of this store. I have worked for a neighboring company and store in the same Mall for many years and we know each other. All the sales representatives have always being so kind, very friendly, professionals and helpful and I have spend a lot with them, until the day I left a deposit for an item and then changed my mind and went to request my money back. At that moment, what mattered least to them was whether I have being a good customer or not, the owner herself was super rude and didn't even care to listen to me and answer politely or the appropriate way, she only cared about making it clear that THEY DO NOT TEFUND MONEY and that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. They simply force you to buy any other item, even if you don't want to. I will never return to this store or spend my time and money at this place! It is unfortunate to find businesses that do not respect or comply with the laws and or consumer rights!"
