"I am giving this particular store one star because I cannot give it less. I bought a pair of earrings about a month ago and they are already broken, but that is not the point. I took them in so they could send them for repair and the sales associate was dismissive and rude. She claimed that “they had lots of sales and couldn’t take the earrings”… there was nobody in the store but us. If you are going to work in customer service do yourself a favor and at least be nice to people."
"My experience in Tous was amazing thank to Yilian. She was very kind and welcoming and she made me feel like a doll. I loved the recommendations she gave me, especially the perfume “More more pink”, from now on it is my favorite. Definitely, the Tous family is so lucky to have her. Thank you very much Yilian!!!"
"I could make 5/5 for the product I just purchased but I don’t because of the service/attention. I bought today a perfume for almost 130 and I felt like they were rude toward us, not kind, trying to help or even looking nice at us. I bought it today(dec 19 2022) and there were three girls the small one wasn’t the one helping us but the other two did, a read/orange hair and a black hair one. Both not behaving how a tous employee just treat their customers. I get always an excellent treatment at tous in Spain but here my first time buying tous in Miami was not really great. The perfume (Onyx) smells amazing tho."
"Is impossible that the warranty is only for one month… spend 300 on a backpack in December and after 6 months the strips are in really bad condition ant they only offer a repair with charge to the customer. Update after 5 Months… solved directly by TOUS… this store is just a a retail looking for money with a really bad service"
