"My Wife and I are collectors and we tracked this store down to shop. Unbeknownst to us it’s an outlet..only one in USA and Victor the store manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Between her and I we bought about 20+ swatches for our collection. They have watches we hadn’t seen before and we got our name on their contact list going forward."

"Buyers Beware, I purchased a watch as a gift. Unfortunately the person did not like the watch so I attempted to return the watch. When I tried to make the return I was surprised by Swatch return policy, exchanges only they do not do refunds. When I originally purchased the watch I mentioned to the salesman it was a gift and I was not advised of said policy. Very misleading and the sign for this policy is tiny in comparison to their huge sales banners all over the store. The second part is the lack of customer service, when I spoke to the manager Gaby to ask for a refund her response was that sadly all outlets stores return policies are like that. My reply was no because I had made a return in a nearby store with no issues and she had no response for that except that's the way it is. I'm not sure how often people ask for refunds but not to make an exception is inexcusable."
"This Swatch store is amazing. The selection, the prices & the customer service are all fantastic! My husband is a collector & we met Christian who was very helpful & found so many swatches he didn’t have that we left with 10 new ones for his collection…..of 35+ years. We actually got off our cruise to Uber over to this store & they did not disappoint—we’ll be going back every chance we get from NJ. Definitely check this store out and have fun—we did!"
