My recommendation is that they seek to maintain the line of other pandoras because the sawgrass one is terrible. And in addition to the only man in charge and the girls, some seem nice but the others don't. 0"

"Only Pandora location I’ve been to that refuses to clean my jewelry. This has been the third time in two months this happens. Greeter was very rude about this as well. I was going to buy a charm, but I’d rather go to another location where they are more polite."

"I have been to the store multiple times and had really good experiences, but I went there yesterday around 4-5 pm and the sales associate that greeted me wasn’t nice and lied to me. I asked her about a firefly glow in the dark charm that I had for a little over a year since it broke and she said that it was fully my responsibility it broke and they had never had issues with the charm I was talking about. Needless to say I have two friends who had been to the store due to having issues with the firefly charm (over the past 3 months) but they got a different sales associate who were willing to help and assisted them with a replacement. I just don’t appreciate the fact that the sales associate lied, she could have said sorry the charm is out of warranty, but she claimed the store has NEVER had issues with the firefly glow in the dark charm. And said she didn’t have to give explanations as to why it broke since it has never happened before."

"Absolutely satisfied with their sales and service. Their manager Anna and sales person Astrid were great at helping me pick out the holiday pieces for my mom and myself! They were great at promoting the holiday sales and patient with trying on the jewelry and asking questions. The prices are also less expensive than other Pandora stores!"

"I bought a ring at this store POLLACK JEWELRY sawgrass mall (the worst decision I’ve ever made) and before doing the payment I asked the lady who works there if I could return it and get my refund if I would like to do it, the employee said yes we can so I did the payment. After 1 week I noticed the ring was defective so I came back to the store to return it but the lady manager said they doesn’t allow refunds. Ok but if their employee who sold me the ring told me than I’m allowed to do it they have to do it but the manager start having an attitude to us and start making a situation just for a refund in a defective ring. So she called the owner and the owner called the police on us and now we are not allowed anymore at this store or the police could arrest us. They are totally scammers also the officers told us is not the first time it happens. All of them are scammers especially the owner."
