"Horrible experience, avoid this store for any customer service. In September i took my wife's Neil Lane ring in because it is the second time it cracked on the shank, Michael takes it in we say we arent happy because its the second time this has happened in less than a year. He assures us it will be fixed. Wait a week and go to pick it up and we see the Neil Lane engraving on the inside has been partially covered and buffed away. Now why would someone spend thousands of dollars more than a non name brand to have it covered and removed? Also why would fixing the shank of the ring (the bottom section) have to cover the top sides of the ring when being fixed? and why would no one say that it would be covered when it wasn't removed the first time? Bad Service, We tell Michael about this and he apologizes and says they can fix it and get it engraved again and to give them a chance to fix it. So we did, 2 weeks pass by and no email or call or anything so we give them a call and they say yes we have the ring and its been ready. Okay we go in and notice michael never did a thing to get it fixed and its completely the same as before and we waited 2 weeks for nothing. Some lady then says she will get it fixed and Freddy overheard and said he would give us a call Friday because it should be fixed by then (we were there the weekend before), Did they call? Nope we called Friday (nothing not ready)/Saturday (not in store yet) /and sunday either, finally Monday they said it was ready. We go into the store and the first original half engraving is still there so they have to go and buff it out, the new engraving is horrible, bulky, ugly, and they have nothing else to fix it. even the sales lady had a Neil lane ring and the difference was very dramatic. I am putting a complaint into every possible avenue so people know this Jared is filled with people who cant even put in a service correct and the quality of their jewelry is sub par. AVOID this Jared if you can, unfortunately my wife's engagement ring is ruined and we paid thousands for a brand for them to go ahead and remove it because their ring kept cracking on the shank. Horrible experience."
