"I was buying a washing machine for my daughter and I called Venice used appliances by their reviews and everything people said are true l with a gentleman over the phone, Jerry and he was very very helpful with schedules and timeframe. He offered to do everything over the phone sent me photos of the two machines I was interested in gave me a good price is going to deliver it and take out the old one and hook up the new one I can’t Say enough nice things about how easy it was to buy this washer for my daughter. Thank you again to Venice used appliances. I will definitely spread the word and if I ever need an appliance I would go there myself"

"I had a very nice experience when I bought a washing machine from Nancy’s. First, I was greeted when I walked in and she was so friendly and helpful. My washer was delivered by one of their delivery guys named Paul who was prompt and sent a text before arrival. After removing the broken washer, he was so patient and told me to take my time while I cleaned the area where the washer would be placed. Paul hooked up the washer, ran it through a quick cycle to be sure of no leaks and that it was operating properly. Super nice guy! I highly recommend Nancy’s used appliances and ask for Paul to deliver or repair. They really care about customer satisfaction."
