"This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced a anywhere. I have been three times and once they tried not to take my return (tags attached, with a receipt, etc.). Second time they just acted like I was an inconvenience but nothing crazy. Today they had the door locked several minutes before closing… I just was going to return my cart but I guess getting it from the parking lot is more convenient for the employees that want to close early. Makes sense. Honestly will go out of my way to avoid the place. Last thing - calling out this lady I saw harassing and refusing to serve a perfectly nice customer because she wanted to close early. His return would have been done much quicker than her rant!"
