"Publix is my store! Have the best Subs in the state! However, this location has a problem with speed regarding the sub counter. 30 minutes to get a sub not toasted. 3 people in front 2 subs a piece. It took the maker nearly 4 min just to roll and type the kind of sub in for handoff each! They have been making subs for online orders while in person are waiting. Final grab an extra person to move the line and they started with online orders. Not good. This is not a one time issue at this location. Nor was this done at lunch, weekend or holiday. Just a normal day."

"My first time ever at a Publix! I had heard their deli subs are great so I had to stop in to try. The lady at the deli counter, Jayne, was so helpful and friendly! I had told her it’s my first time in Florida from Michigan, so hadn’t been in a Publix before. She made the experience very enjoyable and is a very customer-oriented individual, not to mention the food was outstanding. Wish I lived here full time to get my fix of Pub subs!"

"I love this Publix.People are friendly,helpful,it’s clean, I find everything BUT the PHARMACY PHONE line is DOWN WAY TOO OFTEN! The phone just rings and rings into eternity. Did my doctor phone in my prescription? Was he able to get through? Is my medication in stock? Is my prescription ready? Any idea how long before the line is fixed this time? Why is there no protocol in place for such a common occurrence? Maybe redirect the phone line, perhaps customer service can forward messages to the pharmacy and we can get a return call at some point.Very frustrating! I called customer service, was told the line was down again and then they tried to forward my call to the pharmacy. No luck. I guess I’ll just have to just go there in person.At least I find shopping there is a pleasure."

Liquors, flowers, pharmacy - a one stop shopping experience with friendly neighbors. And yes, it’s pricey. If you are able to choose weekly deals and use coupons, the quality of the products is your payoff."
