The Naples location has acknowledged that they lost my wedding ring but has been unable to provide me with any explanation for how this happened. As a result of their mistake, the only alternative offered to me was to receive a ring of similar value. However, this has proven to be a difficult option as the style of my original wedding ring is no longer available, leaving me with very few replacement options. This has been a very disappointing experience for me, as my wedding ring held significant sentimental value, and I have not been able to recover it or find a suitable replacement."
