He resolved a big problem for me that a Macy’s live chat agent caused regarding an online order. His experience and polite demeanor made me appreciate the “in person” approach even more. "My wife wears a size 5 shoe. We started at Dillard's no one asked if we needed help, we stayed for over 10 minutes. Dsw same thing, J C penny's not a soul to helps us, the shoe store across HM I asked if they had size 5 the person replied they only get a pair in each shipment, did not offer any assistance. We went to Macy's 2 wonderful ladies from Venezuela helped my wife, not only 1 pair of shoes but several and helped her find her size. Next time we will start at Macy's and save time, money and quality."
