"He accepted a Movado watch to repair , after not hearing anything for 3 weeks I called to inquire to the repair status.I finally got the owner on the phone who advised me nothing had been done because I hadn’t authorized the repair. Well nobody called me to tell me what had to be done. After authorizing the repair and being told “ come on in next week and it will be ready” Well fast forward to next week and the jewelery store has closed its doors, left no contact information . The stores phone number dumps in to a voicemail that’s not set up. I have filed Criminal charges for THEFT, FRAUD, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIY THEFT, WIRE FRAUD ( asking me to zelle payment)"
