"I ordered a Peace Lily over the phone around 9:45am. The arrangement was delivered to our friend by 11am! Also, they texted me that the Peace Lilies were not quiet opened up yet and sent me pictures & suggested a change to an anthurium. Very appreciative of the communication to ensure the product would be up to expectations & how quickly they got them on the road."

"Lost in translation, price point not reflective of final product, initial description not reflective of final product, late delivery. I had to beg to get something remotely acceptable, even though I was more than happy to pay for the additional three yellow roses. Price was not my concern, it was supposed to be beautiful. The designer became defensive and interrupted me before I could tell her it was supposed to be in a box, not a vase. I settled for a run of the mill arrangement with no design effort. I will likely not order from them again, extremely dissatisfied. $100(delivery included) for the monstrosity below. UPDATE: This is Jeff, Chad‘s partner. They deleted Chad’s review, which was much nicer. He sent these people an email requesting it to be beautiful and charge whatever they needed. It missed the mark(s), several of them actually. He had to plead with her to remove crazy weeds and put yellow roses in it. It was apparent she didn’t want to use anymore than 3 of her actual flowers. The first photo we received looked like it was going to an Irish funeral. I heard the phone call, he settled because she was unwilling to make changes. Chad made it clear cost was not his concern. It’s hideous, it speaks for itself, so does their aggressive response."
