I ordered bulk flowers for my mom’s 70th birthday party and, when I saw the prepared bucket, asked to make a few substitutions to better fit the color scheme I had in mind. Even tho it was a very busy pre-Valentine’s weekend, Nicole let me go in the fridge and point out my preferred alternatives. She then re-prepared the bucket with fresh, beautiful flowers that fit my budget. As a result I was SO pleased with the flowers and how they came out. Thank you Nicole!
