"My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday. The arrangement came late even though he paid the rush fee and was nothing like the picture. I had to call the next day and I chose to have them redeliver the flowers again. They took the original arrangement when they dropped off the new one which also still looks nothing like what was ordered. Very disappointed."
