"I wanted to give this flower company a chance to make things right since I have ordered from them multiple times and am a frequent customer. However, this last time I put in an order to deliver flowers they never showed up with the delivery. I got an email confirmation but no deliver? They even charged me for the order. I’ve called and emailed the place and no response. Do NOT order from here as they don’t seem to respond or care for the customers. Disappointed."

"Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, and paid extra for chocolates and a balloon. Flowers arrived at 9pm in Mother's Day, and the chocolate was a package of Baby Ruth Fun Size candy bars! Are you kidding me? The heart balloon was nice, but maybe more for Valentine's day? Very strange experience, will not buy from here again."
