"I just wanted to say that Robert and his team at fastfix in the Edison mall did a phenomenal job untangling about 10 chains that had become entangled into a tight knot . It was no easy feat by any means but he said they could do it ,would take a few days and even quoted me the price . I had spend time on my own trying to untangle it but got nowhere that is when I started looking to see if a jeweler could help . He even fixed all the chains that were broken in the quoted price . I got all my pieces back in 3 days . I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend this place for any and all of your jewelry and watch repair needs . Thank you Robert and team for your help ."
"I brought my wedding ring and my anniversary ring into get resized. The owner was super honest with me as both the rings I brought in were difficult to size because I needed them to be so much smaller. There was a possibility that some of the diamonds would pop out while they worked on making them smaller. They added additional gold to make them stronger. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure he could safely get my rings to the size I needed. The store owner, Robert, was fantastic and the price was fair for the work he did. It was worth the drive as my rings are perfect and beautiful. Don’t let the “Fast Fix” name of the store fool you. The really know their craft. My husband and I found our forever jeweler."
"I’ve been coming here for 20 years. I only trust them with my jewelry. Robert is AMAZING! He does all of my watches and jewelry. I stop in monthly to have my necklace and rings cleaned. Highly recommended!!"
"RIP OFF! I would give 0 stars if I could. I needed batteries replaced in 2 watches (non-expensive watches) Everyone I went to initially sent me over to "fast fix". You would think that this place would have good service and prices since so highly recommended but this guy is a major rip off!!! He wanted to charge me $100 to replace the batteries in the 2 watches. Of coarse that is an absurd amount. I went to all the jewelers afterward to check prices, they were all $20-$30.... I ended up getting the batteries replaced in both watches for $30 total at another establishment in the mall. (at a high end jewelry store) and came with a 1 year warranty. DO NOT LET THIS MAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR POCKETS !!!!"
