"Absolutely horrible experience! Marcie and her team need to go back to basics of customer service, attire and attitude. Most of the people there don’t seem to know what they’re doing and on top of that they don’t care. We we spent a good chunk of money to get a diamond ring, and we were treated like peasants.. when I went to pick up the ring, the lady didn’t even know where the paperwork was. They didn’t know how to finish my payment and on top of that when I ask if they could help me with a question, they told me about it off to go to another store. That’s absolutely insane.. save yourself time in aggravation go to the other store or go to a different jewelry store if you want a professional and nice experience"
