"brought in my platinum, engraved rings. Asked to have them sized up, as they were too tight. Instead of cutting them and adding a piece, they were heated and stretched. A few weeks ago the rings began to separate and eventually the band in the middle broke off. Took to another jeweler who just told me that all the rings have to be re-made as they are damaged beyond repair due to the excessive amount of heat used. BE cautious who you use, this person ruined my rings!!!!"

"The owner had us drive 1 hr just to say he was to busy to talk. When we asked for him to answer a question about ring sizing he asked us to leave. It was the owner of all people!?. They have no inventory and send everything out and upcharge you. Go to a bigger jewelry store. It not worth the money or 7day wait."
