"Just wanted to check out some old rings I found when cleaning. I called them and was told to bring items in to see if they were worth anything so I went down there. Upon entering the store the owner was in conversation with a customer about a watch. He never took a second to look up and acknowledge me standing there. He continued to talk for at least 15 minutes as I stood there waiting. Finally he looked up and asked me if he could help me. I said I just needed a minute of his time to check out some jewelry. He really wasn't that friendly. I felt he was profiling me, try to decide if I might become a 'regular' client. I had never been in this shop before and I don't think I'll ever go back. Not a good way to welcome potential customers."

They both spent a great deal of time with me explaining the history of the watch and even put it aside for me until I was ready to finally purchase it it. Great shop and wonderful people!."
