"I've always dyed/bleached my hair since I could remember, so I was skeptical about jc penneys salon. So I figured why not give it a shot. So my first bleach session with Gabi turned out better than expected! She got me to a ash blonde with one session and that olaplex treatment is AMAZING! My hair felt amazing afterwards. So time goes by and I'm in need to get a haircut so I went back and got my hair trimmed by Mia. Wow, she did such a amazing job, it's hard to find stylist that know how to cut Mohawks in this city and she executed it perfectly. Just how I wanted my haircut. So I've always been one to push limits so I figured why not another bleach session, and let me tell ypu, gabbi knocked it out of the park. Went from a ash blonde to a very frosty blonde and I'm in awed by it. Why go to multiple salons when I can do everything at this location? The prices here you can't beat anywhere else and the staff is very welcoming and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this salon! "After two times of ordering the same thing I finally got the correct order. The first time I went in the store there was a man that worked there along with three women standing in the middle of the floor talking in the aisle and not helping anyone they stood there for over 30 minutes while I was in the store just gabbing away you can't get any help from there they don't have anything to do but stand in the floor and talk. Really aggravated me I left without buying anything. Then I went home and ordered stuff online when I received it it was the wrong items so I had to go back to the store to drop them off to get my money back. Today I finally got the correct order delivered to the store that I picked up."
