"Bought a dryer, and it busted within a month. I called, and they came to fix it. The man said it was my vent being clogged. So, I cleaned my vent. And the dryer busted again in 2 days I've called again and they told me to wait for them to call me back. Then they never called me back. Terrible service, terrible products. Edit: After leaving a 1 star review, I was contacted by the warranty department and was notified that they would completely replace my dryer free of charge. After going through a scheduling issue where times and availability were mixed up, we found a day for replacement. 2 guys came, took the busted dryer, and they installed the new one, tested it, and renewed our warranty. The dryer has been working well a month after replacement, even after rigorous use."

"My wife and I worked with the sales person name Anna she was amazing. She sold us a washing machine that we desperately needed and made quick arrangements to have it delivered and installed. We enjoyed doing business with 5 star appliance. Thank you so much Anna for your time and patience. She a wonderful salesperson and has a great personality."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. AVOID this place. They sell JUNK. My refrigerator was purchased the end of February this year, in March the freezer quit working, and the fridge wasn’t cold. They sent a tech out to look at it who told me it was the seal, he also told me he would document the account in case we continued to have issues. The fridge and freezer never worked right, finally it gave out completely the beginning of August and they wanted to charge me a $75 fee to come out and “diagnose” the problem then give me an estimate to fix it, which would probably cost more than I paid for the refrigerator. Unless you have hundreds to throw away every few months, stay away from this place. It is literal junk and they are ZERO help if something happens."

Great value and old fashioned customer is king philosophy. I absolutely recommend them. I don't even live nearby, but it was well worth the trip!"
