"If I could give negative stars I would. I called Walgreens pharmacy to give them my new insurance card over the phone, they refused to take my information because the pharmacist was “busy.” I spoke with the manager Danielle, and she sounded like a broken record telling me she doesn’t know how to run insurance. A manager who doesn’t know how to do their on needs fired. They are making me drive all the way there, in the rain just so they can “look” at my insurance card, instead of putting the numbers in over the phone. They are only doing this as an inconvenience because they are in a bad mood. I know they can take insurance information without looking at a physical card."

"Stop in here pretty regularly, and the soap dispenser in the bathroom has been broken and has not been replaced for at least a month now.. which means at least the men that work here are not washing their hands after using the bathroom, and none of the male customers are washing their hands.. this is a place of health and wellness and is not even trying to stop the spread of germs in their own store."

"What a disgusting attitude by the shift lead Diana A. Incredible how they have such unprofessional leaders. I came in because my husband made a refund and they gave him store credit in a Walgreens card. Once he tried to use it and another rude cashier told him that he had no money in the card and that it wasn’t her problem since it didn’t happen during her shift. I came in today to speak to a manager and Diana A came with the same nasty attitude as the cashier and told me that since it wasn’t her shift it wasn’t her problem or her business. She offered no other type of explanation as to why our store credit isn’t there. She said come back tomorrow and ask for a different manager not me, NEXT. Then left me there with 0 explanation or even trying to get the issue resolved. They are playing with peoples time and money, do better and hire better employees with customer service. When I come back tomorrow it will be 3 times of me coming to this store to get my refund, this is really unprofessional and quite frankly stupid."

"Herb is the worst kind of management ever, team lead, shift lead, manager. So rude the cashier he called over and was rude to us as well. The cashier that looked scared for her life after he talked to her was sweet and kind. He has been disrespectful multiple times. He looks down on his teammates and his guests, maybe no one would want his job but he took it and is rude. Herb also was notified about a roach problem in his restrooms three months ago and just said they would take care of it the next day. Why would walgreens accept this kind of behavior, I could never see myself getting my perceptions filled here because roaches are acceptable as per a manager."
