"OMG! 2:05 pm. One teller handling drive thru and front counter. 4 customers backed up. This branch sucks! The branch manager walked past the line and said nothing. The only good thing to say is, when I finally got to the teller, she was very pleasant. (Out of respect for the other customers' privacy, I won't post pictures)"

"Terrible place to bank, had fraud on my account and they will not refund me the money. I’ve never had a problem before, I keep a good amount in my accounts, never overdraft or anything like that. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars by banking with Wells Fargo. They do not care about the customer or if you’ve lost money to fraud. I will be reporting to the BBB as well . Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere"
