"Today , I had an appointment at 4. Went to the kiosk desk, the employee was talking with a client. I stood near desk for a few minutes. The employee didn't acknowledge me , speak or anything. Two other employees were sitting in their offices. So, I went to the computer monitor to check in, for my appointment. The virtual representative checked me in in, and she asked me if I first checked in at the kiosk, and I reported that the worker didn't not speak to me, she was working with someone else. She reported that she sent a message to the office for my appointment check in. She then asked if someone was walking to meet with me. I reported that the employees were still in their offices. Then , I walked to one of the offices, and let him know that I had an appointment and no one has met with me. He replied that he was on the phone. I just said, I will just schedule an appointment with my other banking institution. I usually don't go into this location often. I made a payment yesterday a, and the employee that helped me was very professional and efficient, but he was not there today. I've been banking with gte for 25 years, have had all my car loans , and other loans. I feel, a bit disappointed with the quality of the customer care received. It was not busy in there, I had an appointment, what was going on? I did call GTE headquarters customer service and they suggested that I post a comment on Google."
