"Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit and meeting the Brown’s. They have done a fabulous job of creating an ecosystem for plants, animals and humans to enjoy. The history of the house is also very interesting. We watched the movie associated with it (Rosewood) that evening and look forward to going back. Thank you both for the many nature related activities you are involved with!"

"Recommended for hiking only, for birdwatching. Bb Brown's Gardens and the blue Jay trail are the same place... Bb garden is a small nursery patch in the backyard of the cabin by the lake. The nursery isn't meticulously maintained /kept from appearances. There are a few trails which are for hiking only (not Stroller accessible, and in the full sun). I didn't go down them, but they did appear well kept (clear trails, signage, and mowed). There are nice pamphlets and distribution points for them throughout. The cabin appears pretty junk filled, but was spoken to as a movie set. There's a back story per the management."

"Proprietors Bruce and Kathy are really there to serve you. They listen to you, and then propose a solution fitted to your needs, whether large or small. They have quite a selection of plants, and even gift items too. AND they are very community-minded, with activities throughout the year, and protectors of the Scrub Jay Trail there at the property. THEY ARE THE BEST!"
