Publix Super Market at East Towne Center

"I called this pharmacy at 3:25pm on Wednesday 1/3. My medication is currently on back order and I've been calling different pharmacies to see if any had the medication so that I can transfer my prescription to that pharmacy to get it filled. I spoke to several pharmacist at Costco, CVS, Walgreens, etc. who have all been extremely helpful and kind. When I called this specific Publix location the technician who answered the phone informed me that she could not provide that information to me since I was not a doctor's office. She was nice about it and I responded in kind back asking her how would I know if I should or shouldn't send the prescription there if I don't know if they have it or not in order to know how best to proceed. She said she would ask the pharmacist. A very rude lady answered the phone saying "this is the pharmacy manager and we can't give you that information". Not a "hello", "how can I help you", "my name is...", etc. Now let me say that this review has nothing to do with whether they have the medication or not and everything to do with how you treat your customers, who without, you ma'am, would have no job. I wouldn't use this pharmacy to purchase a bottle of Tylenol nor would I recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to transfer their medications. I am sure that this is not her first time being rude to people and I am fortunate that I have options. I feel sorry for the people who don't have alternatives and have to put up with her. If she treats potential customers like this imagine how she treats her staff. Publix should seriously consider who they have running their pharmacy."

"Publix Pours was such a nice experience. The bartender there was so nice and friendly. The drinks were very good and inexpensive. Definitely a new twist to grocery shopping. Highly recommended. They also have a juice bar."
