"Stopped in UTC store since I was visiting area from our home in Naples.They had a pair of sandals in stock I had been looking at purchasing, tried them on and decided to purchase Wally the sales associate who was helping me walked away to help another customer. My husband let her know we were interested in making the purchase she said she would be right with us so we waited and waited however when she was still too busy as was all the other associates in the store to ring up my purchase of $225.00 sandals we just left. I guess the other customers were more important than we were."
