"OMG, I am so lost for words right now. What one company refused to do, Diamonds Direct came through and made it happen. I was given more on my trade in from Diamonds Direct than I expected. Originally was supposed to do business with IDC in Clearwater, whom I have had a 7 year relationship with over $25,000 in business.
