"A loving husband plus a team committed to excellence equals a spirit full of gratitude and joy. My husband and I visited Zales at Tyrone Square Mall, St Petersburg, FL on October 17, 2023. It is an understatement to say that we were a little frustrated trying to comprehend the Zales refund/return policies. We had purchased a piece of jewelry (from another Zales store) and were not satisfied with the sizing. Per policy, we expected a refund. It didn't work out that way. Thankfully, Melanie Antone and Dianna Cafra took the time to explain details about our purchase that we were not aware of. One, know if your jewelry is available in store or if the store has to order it online. Two, if the store has to order online, the date for the 30 day refund is the date the jewelry arrives to the store. Not, the date the jewelry is picked up by the customer. Three, if you want to exchange your jewelry, the process is seamless if you purchased in-store inventory. Four, if the store ordered online, the methods in place for exchange are confusing. We are so grateful Dianna and Melanie went above and beyond to quell our distress. My husband and I appreciate all of their efforts to ensure we were taken care of. We definitely recommend anyone looking for that special piece of jewelry to visit the Tyrone Square Mall Zales store and let Melanie and Dianne take care you and bring joy to your spirit."
