"Very disappointed!I paid for full maintenance service for my Omega wristwatch, they returned it with damaged pins!!! The time of delivery, the Adm. manager, Barbara herself noticed the pin is out and the part of the bracelet is open!!! She pushed the pin and said wait for the technician guy!!! Herself got shocked how it happened! They gave it to me with same status and I believe them as soon as I came home the pin was missing! Now they want me to pay eight for complete bracelet change for 1850$ or changing all pins! Because they wrote in the paper there is no warranty of the service! Pls be careful with these kind of policies written in your bill! When I gave them they checked it very carefully because they note the current status! The bracelet was completely in a good shape! I was using it!!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful was Barbara's email as a manager! I hope they improve their service! It's very bad for Omega company!!!!"
