"Such a great experience working with these folks. I've come in over a dozen times, times with friends that were proposing, times when I was in the proposal period, up until when I needed my wedding bands. The times I've gone for myself, I feel that when I leave, my cheeks are sore from smiling the whole time. Staff is very knowledgable, helpful, attentive, deeply caring, and professional. Dustin, Brian, and Hillary make for one excellent team. Everyone, really. They make you feel at home and with family in such a shiny environment. You can even feel the joy from the experts in the back of the house! I had the honor of working with Dustin where I actually got to show him a rough sketch of an idea I had for an engagement ring, and he was able to make it come alive and exactly how I wanted it, and more. On top of that, the passion the team shows with their work is almost unmatched. I'm amazed at this gem (pun intended) of a place and hope you're able to stop by for whatever you need, I'm so sure they'll be able to help!"

"Nothing but 5 stars for this lovely establishment. My father had my mother's engagement ring designed here, and I was determined to have the ring for my fiancée made here as well. Ashley and Brian were wonderful and kind with the entire process. Victoria Jewelers has lovely diamonds, but they were more than willing to work with a sapphire I had brought them. I came to them with my design drawn on paper, and they truly brought it to life. I would come to this jeweler a thousand times over! They were exceptionally accommodating and My expectations were exceeded!"

"I could not be happier with our experience with Brian at Victoria Jewelers!!! I spent dozens of hours looking at rings and could not find one I liked, so I started drawing up my own design ideas with the hopes of making something custom. When I took my drawing to Brian he immediately saw my vision and helped me create the ring of my dreams! (I included a picture of the drawing and the final ring so y'all can see how it turned out!) He was so helpful and patient and made lots of tweaks for me until it was perfect. I had also brought my drawing to one of the big jewelry store chains who say they are known for custom designs but they did a horrible job drawing up the CAD and ALSO were going to charge me more. I couldn't be more thankful for Brian and the Victoria Jewelers team, they made my dreams of my perfect ring into a reality and I am so happy every time I look at it!
