"It's horrible that you make your customers stand in line. 56th Street, Temple Terrace location only has four teller machines and a lot of room where they can put some extra machines. Also, there is no privacy. As you can see in the pictures. People are made to line up right by the tellers and can see the account numbers people are entering. Why do you make us bank like this. Without our money and business, your business would close. Give us more machines and some privacy while using the tellers for Pete's sake. Also a machine that gives out change would be a nice courtesy. You have a machine that collects coin. Businesses need coinage you know.... I know you really only care about your stockholders and ceo's. Shame on you!"
