"I had a vendor charge me 5 times for a cheesesteak at Gasparilla ($110!) and I have been unable to reach the vendor about the charge since there is no contact information on their business page. When I disputed the charge with USF Federal Credit Union they refused to help me and denied my claim on the dispute, ignoring what I said during my call to the bank. No one has called me to discuss this despite me calling to complain as a customer of the bank who has almost never filed a dispute on any charges. The customer support rep who answered the phone just said her boss was "busy" and I have not heard back days later. I do not recommend this bank! They do not seem to care about their customers even after 10+ years of being with them."

"Upon my retirement in April 2022 from the USF College of Education, I made an appointment with Sabrina Drzal, Universal Service Representative III in the Tampa office to advise me on planning for my financial security with my DROP/IRA/Roth accounts. I knew the basics on banking with my checking/savings accounts but when it came to financial planning I had no clue where to begin. I was impressed with her kindness and support in our 1st appointment. In these last 2 years, we have had many meetings in person and over the telephone. Sabrina has always been contactable, courteous and helpful when I call her. She is professional while at the same time putting me at ease when I was so overwhelmed with dealing with making the correct choice with my retirement accounts. She has always explained everything thoroughly and I have never felt uncomfortable asking questions. I feel very comfortable putting all my accounts in the care of USFFCU. I like that all of my funds are in one place and I trust her to guide me in the right direction. Her financial advice and guidance has already led to significant growth in my accounts. I feel she knows the whole picture of how important family is to me. If anything were to happen to me in the future, I know my family will be looked after. I look forward to a continued relationship and I highly recommend her and USFFCU to anyone wanting advice on how to achieve financial security. Valerie Jordan"
