Despite numerous hours spent on the phone, the situation was not rectified, and I was left with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously. The communication regarding the charges and the supposed refund was contradictory and frustrating. It was indicated to me initially that I had not been charged, yet during the dispute process with PayPal, it was claimed that a refund had been issued—an action that was not reflected in my account. This experience has significantly eroded my trust in Best Buy and has left me questioning the integrity of their customer service processes. The lack of transparent and effective communication is alarming, and I urge Best Buy to review and improve their customer service practices to prevent such disheartening experiences for others in the future."

"I am very disappointed at Best Buy. I have been a loyal customer since I became an adult where I would much rather give them my business than elsewhere. My husband purchased a TV online that was an open box and drove 2 hours each way to go pick up the TV. When my husband arrived they notified him that they had sold that one TV he came so far from that we had paid for online a day prior. He spoke to Toni who is the store manager and she was unwilling to help him atleast by offering a discount on another model since they recognized they had messed up. I am beyond disappointed at Best Buy. I wont be giving them my business any longer. And buyers should be aware when purchasing online open box that they do not set the item aside for you."

"Great service! Night and day difference from the Wesley Chapel store. After my horrible experience there the same day about an hour later I came to this store to purchase my $400 item. I walked in and to the area. An employee was helping someone else with a purchase I waited a few minutes. Walked around to see if anyone else was available but they were not. I circled back to where the employee was helping someone and another employee Michael asked if I was being helped. I said no and he asked if he could told him what I wanted he went over some things with me and I not only purchased my gift for my husband but reopened my account. My husband was walking around and I told him we will NEVER go to the Wesley Chapel store again. I do not care how much closer it is. Way to go Citrus Park Best Buy. Great customer service as it should be."
