"Went there this morning for a rotisserie chicken. The chickens were done but not in the case yet. Alicia walked by and I asked her if she knew when they would out. She got one for me! Great service!"

"The store was organized. I went in to get an air pump for a flat tire and was out of there in no time, just like I needed it. I got on the Walmart app, and in a minute, I knew where in the stoe they had what I was looking for"

"Didn't find the jeans I wanted. Had someone waiting for me. But I got some good bargains. The bathrooms were clean and fully equipped. Sales persons were very helpful."

"Lean store. Well spaced aisles. Lots of parking. There is a huge array of products from clothing, furniture, toys, gifts, cleaning products medicines and more. The people are very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of checkout aisles. A terrific place for all of your basic and family needs and very well priced!!"

"Rarely do I post negative comments, but this particular Walmart has gone way downhill. I was there today to settle a dispute with a cell phone I bought, that I had nothing but problems with. The problem began with staff behind the counter in the electronic department, who don’t know what they’re selling and don’t know what they’re doing. In fact, their manager was quite abrupt the way she talked to them, and didn’t offer to help. Then I had to deal with another manager today. She was in her early 20s. Way too young to be a manager. She belittled me in front of other customers. These other customers couldn’t believe their eyes and ears. They’re putting people way too young in management positions. No wonder the store has gone downhill. There’s generally only one register open with a cashier. Yet there’s people standing around watching that could be acting as a cashiers. Not everybody likes to do self check out, in fact I detest it. There’s often products missing in the store. The people doing the shopping for pick up or home delivery, block the isles with their big carts. Even the people doing inventory stocking put their carts in the middle of the aisle, so it’s hard to get around them. I’ve never seen such a group of young untrained people. I guess they can’t pay enough for experienced people, particularly management. I was shocked by the response I got from this young lady. Even though I live close by, I’ll do my shopping elsewhere. When I first moved to Tampa five years ago it was a much better store. I’m not the only one who complains."
